Make and maintain a list of all of your financial accounts.

Check the beneficiary designations on all of those accounts; complete or update those designations if needed.

Update your online legacy contacts (Google, Facebook, Apple).

Make and maintain a list of your medications and your health care providers.

Use a password manager.

Provide at least one person with the information they need to access all of the above (e.g., the master password to your password manager).
