About Eileen

Eileen has over twenty years of legal experience—in private practice, as an assistant city attorney, and as an assistant professor, working in business law, government law, and now as an estate planning attorney. Throughout her legal career, Eileen has worked to find ways to improve people’s lives. As an estate planning lawyer, she gets to help people every day by providing peace of mind for them and their families.

Eileen graduated from the Liberal Arts Academy (now LASA) in Austin, earned a bachelor’s degree in music from Southwestern University in Georgetown, and earned her law degree from Southern Methodist University, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the SMU Law Review. In her free time, Eileen enjoys spending time with her husband Dave, her two kids, and their three cats; giving mom hugs at Pride events (or to anyone who needs one!); volunteering; advocating for mental health; teaching; and writing.⁣ Eileen’s first poetry book, How to Escape a Burning House, was published by Finishing Line Press in 2025.
